Okay Location - Good Location - Location is close enough to drive / walk to the attractions of the area without crossing through any undesireable parts of town. Good to Great Location - Very close to the best location. Good neighborhood. Easy walking / driving distance to the best part of town and supermarket / dining. Best Location - example - If in a city, right in the middle of the action. If at a ski resort, right at the ski resort - ski-in, ski-out. Whatever the attraction to the area, the location must be ideal. An exclusive resort may not be right next door to the general attractions of the area.
